How long is each session?

Each session lasts an hour, with time for a snack and drink half-way through the session to refresh those hard-working little minds!

Please speak to us if your child has any allergies or you would rather provide your own snack or would prefer your child not to have a snack.

Do you have parking or a place to wait?

As we are situated in a residential cul-de-sac there is public parking available on the street.

However, please be courteous and mindful of our neighbours and the local residents!

Can siblings or friends have sessions together?

Yes, depending on the suitability of the pupils and their abilities. If two or more pupils are of similar abilities or require a similar learning focus then they can have sessions together.

Please contact us to discuss your needs in greater detail if this is something you would like.

Can I cancel a session?

Yes but 24 hours will need to be given for any absence otherwise the full lesson fee will be charged.

Only two cancellations throughout the year will be allowed, after this, full fees will be charged. If PPT need to cancel a session then a full refund will be issued or an alternative session may be offered. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Do you provide homework?

Yes as long as this is something you have asked for. It will be given to your child at the end of each session and explained to your child.

Depending on the session content, there will also be additional resources available through your child’s portal for you to access if desired.

How much does tuition cost?

1-2-1 sessions will cost £35 for each session and group sessions will be £25 per child per session.

These will be paid monthly in advance through bank transfer which will be set up at the time of enrolment.

How will I be kept informed of my child’s progress?

A weekly progress report will be uploaded onto your child’s learning portal.

This will inform you of the content that has been covered in the session and how your child has performed and progressed.
